For trips outside of our state, we offer free informational sessions to help you prepare and make the most of your experience. These sessions provide all the details you need, from trip itineraries and safety guidelines to cultural insights and packing tips. Simply attend the session related to the trip you are interested in. Registration for trips will open after the corresponding informational sessions.

Travel Policies and Release Forms
All travel deposits are nonrefundable. Prices are subject to change, based on tax and fuel increases. Departure/return dates are subject to change based on airline scheduling. The cost of overnight trips is based on double occupancy. Continuing Education will make every attempt to match roommates. Single rooms are available for an additional cost.
Traveler release forms have gone digital and travelers will be asked to complete the required forms upon registering for trips.
