Since joining UWM in 2012, Sylvia has served as project manager for FAA. In her role she performs a leadership role in project planning efforts, project management standardization and managing the implementation of FAA projects. Current projects include the development of a comprehensive employee on-boarding program, re-design of the FAA Website, design and implementation of an integrated administrative support model, and implementation of electronic workflow solutions. Sylvia holds a master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership.
