Office of Student Enrollment Communications
The Office of Student Enrollment Communications (OSEC) department supports the alignment of communication strategies and tactics with the evolving enrollment landscape and provides dedicated, coordinated messaging across the entire undergraduate student lifecycle. Areas of support include but may not be limited to:
- Prospective and Continuing student communication strategy and execution.
- Oversight of student communication platforms, CRM, Navigate, and ancillary communication platforms.
- Collaborate with Enrollment Management departments, as well as Schools/Colleges on best practice outreach tactics that supplement the student communication experience.
