The Division of Enrollment Management (EM) collaborates across campus departments to grow and sustain enrollment and retention through work that supports the success of all students.
Our commitment is to stabilize overall enrollment, including new and returning students, while increasing the student success outcomes of retention and graduation.
The EM Leadership Team works collectively with department teams to engage faculty and staff to understand their role in the work and develop and implement a communication plan to inform campus partners about enrollment targets and progress to achieving them each academic year.
Our priority is to support all UWM students on their paths to a successful graduation.
