Youssuf Abdelatif wins the J. Walter Elliott Prize for 2025. This prize memorializes Prof. Elliott and was first awarded in 1992. It rewards an outstanding performance on the Macroeconomics preliminary exam. As Chair Kundan Kishor said, “we don’t give this award every year only when we have truly excellent exam.
