Declare Your Major

This webpage has some forms that will be useful in processing the information needed to sign you up for a major in the UWM economics program.

To declare a major in economics, complete the following steps:

It is easy to sign up to be an undergraduate major in economics, but there are some things that will make the process go more smoothly. Just follow this simple procedure:

1. Fill out and submit form at the button below. (Link leaves site.)

2. Download the Economics Major or Minor Worksheet (PDF).
3. Fill out the worksheet (page 3) using your transcript or list of courses completed from PAWS.
4. Send your completed worksheet and a copy of your transcript or a screenshot of your economics courses completed to the Undergraduate Advisors (Rebecca Neumannor Vivian Lei).
5. The director of undergraduate studies will be in touch to set up a meeting or confirm that the major declaration has been completed.
