Gary Hoover (BA, 1993) has been appointed the Director of the Murphy Institute at Tulane University.  Gary will move from the University of Oklahoma where he has served as Professor and Chair of the Economics Department to Tulane this January.  The Murphy Institute supports research and education aimed at understanding and linking society’s economic, ethical, and political questions and practices.  Congratulations to Gary!
