The Milwaukee Police Department needed a new home for their stable that could also serve as an educational facility. CDS helped identify a site that could serve their current and future needs, and provide room for expansion. The proposed building concept includes offices, a small gathering and viewing area for local school groups and the general public, stables, and an exterior grazing area.
The concept helped MPD through fundraising and expanded programming discussions prior to implementation and construction.
