After previously working with the Lubar School of Business, this second collaboration focuses on updating the interior for the existing student study rooms on the second floor. The two rooms consist of one for group study and the other as a quiet study room.

The Lubar School of Business is also in need of a student lounge space, where students can congregate and relax between classes. The client expressed interest in this being a place for students to gather with groups of friends, as well as being flexible for presentations or events. Currently, the space that makes the most sense to convert into a lounge is an underutilized computer lab. However, to make up for the loss of so many computers, more will be added to the space adjacent to the future student lounge.
