Community Design Solutions (CDS) worked with Riverworks Development Corporation to develop design concepts for the existing Goat Palace, located just south of Vienna Avenue near Kern Park. After an initial meeting with the client, CDS measured, photographed, and documented the existing building.

Building uses include an event space, catering, bar, lounge, small office, storage, and an additional meeting room if possible. Several plan layouts were considered which ultimately lead to two plan schemes. Based on feedback from the client, the plans were revised and elevations and renderings were developed.
