New families will be required to set up an account in ProCare.
You will input your email address and be emailed a confirmation number to sign in.

How to Apply
Step one: Account information
- This is parent contact information and where you indicate your student/staff/community status.
- Parent 1 is the primary account holder.
- You can also add a second parent, this is optional.
Save and go to Step 2: Child(ren) Information
- You will complete this page for each child you want to apply for care
- This is the page where you will indicate your requested schedule
- For each child you will need to provide
- medical information
- attest that you have read and agree to the terms in our handbook
- post necessary info in classroom as required by licensing
- participate in certain classroom activities
- consent for medical treatment
Save and go to Step 3: Authorized pick-ups and Emergency Contacts
- Important: Licensing requires at least one emergency contact be listed in addition to the parent(s).
Save and Submit:
- On the next page you will be able to review the information and submit your application.
- After your application is submitted, if you have any changes, you will need to contact childrenscenter-enrollment@uwm.edu.
- Your application is not complete until you pay the application fee.
Application Fee Payment
- After you submit your application you will receive an email from our enrollment office with instructions on how to pay your application fee in your account on the ProCare platform.
