How to Apply

  1. Step one: Start your registration

    • In the menu on the upper left select “registrations”
    • You will see a message stating “open re-registrations available.”
    • Select “Begin Re-Registration”
    • On the next page select the term you are applying for by clicking “Register”
  2. Step 2: Review Child Information

    • Select the child(ren) you are registering. You will need to re-register every child you are seeking care for.
    • Changes families make in the MyProcare portal will update ten business days after submission. If you need an immediate update, please contact your child’s classroom lead educator.
    • If you need to add a child who has not previously attended the Center, you will need to complete the Microsoft Form on our website requesting your child be added. We will need to add the child into your account manually and then you will be able to complete the application for your child.
    • This is the page where you will indicate your requested schedule
    • For each child you will need to:
      • Provide medical information and your child’s health care provider
      • Attest that you have read and agree to the terms in our handbook
      • Agree to allow us to post necessary info in classroom as required by licensing
      • Allow your child to participate in certain classroom activities
      • Consent for medical treatment

    New Child Registration: If you need to add a child who has not previously attended the Center, you will need to complete the New Child Registration Form found below requesting your child be added. We will need to add the child into your account manually and then you will be able to complete the application for your child.

  3. Step 3: Application and Re-Registration Fee

    • Your account will be charged a fee of $15 per continuing child and $30.00 (student parent) or $50.00 (non-student parent) per new child.
    • The ProCare registration fee page during re-registration will show $0. Your total fees will be charged to your existing account on your next billing statement.
    • Select continue
  4. Step 4: Account Questions

    • The final page is where you will update your account information.
    • You will complete the “Account Questions” and “Account Information
    • Existing account data will pre-populate
  5. Step 5: Submit

    • Review and submit your application for final processing.
    • Reminder, watch for your application fee charges to appear on your next billing statement.
    • After submission, any changes will need to be requested by emailing childrenscenter-enrollment@uwm.edu.
