Observation Request

If you are a UWM student, and need to do an observation as part of your UWM coursework, please fill out the following form.

Please note: it may take up to 2 weeks before an observation can be scheduled.

OBSERVERS MUST BRING THEIR UWM STUDENT ID TO ALL OBSERVATIONS. Observers will also be asked to read our Guidelines for Observers upon arrival.

Yes (If yes, may need to be scheduled at a later time/date than the observation. Check with the Lead Educator in the room either right before or after your observation.)

6 weeks-18 months (infants nap sporadically throughout the day)

18 months-3 years (toddlers nap between the hours of 11:30-3:30)

3- and 4-years olds (preschoolers eat lunch between 11:30-12:30, and nap between 1:30-3:30)

4K (kindergartners eat lunch between 11:45-12:30, and rest from 2:00-2:45)

school-agers (after 2:30 during the school year)
