Dear UWM Alumni,
As I reflect on my time leading the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, I continue to be inspired by the strength, pride, and passion of our Panther alumni community. It has been one of the great honors of my life to serve this remarkable university and to witness the impact our graduates make across Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the world.
Earlier this year, I had the privilege of receiving the Honorary Alumni Award from the UWM Alumni Association. It was a deeply moving moment, and I’m humbled to be welcomed into this growing family of more than 210,000 alumni.
This video captures some of the highlights of this journey and the spirit of what we’ve accomplished together.
As I prepare to pass the torch to Dr. Thomas Gibson, who will begin as UWM’s tenth Chancellor on July 14, I do so with immense pride and optimism. UWM will continue to be a driving force for our region and state, thanks in large part to the continued support and engagement of alumni like you.
