It’s time to start preparing for your clinical training in the fall 2024!
We will be using a company called
CastleBranch to track and maintain all of the general on-boarding materials needed for onboarding at your clinical sites.
The fee for this service is $122.00 (with a service fee of $1.99), which includes a Wisconsin State background check, 10-panel drug screen, and document management for all of the general on-boarding paperwork (see the
General On-Boarding Requirements page for possible additional fees and information on individual requirements). All of the required documentation that you will need to sign and/or submit can be found on the General On-Boarding Requirements page or in your personal CastleBranch account page.
NOTE: If you are already employed with the same organization that you will be completing rotations with, wait to create an account. Contact Brad De Pons (bkdepons@uwm.edu) to find out if they are requiring you to complete all of the general on-boarding requirements. If you create and pay for an account prior to contacting Brad, you may not be able to get a refund if your site is not requiring you to complete items through CastleBranch.
How to create an account
To place your order, Click Here and follow the instructions below. There is only one program option (BioMedicalSciences) and only one package option (UQ47: Background Check – Drug Test – Medical Document Manager). Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit, electronic check and money orders.

How to access your account
After you complete the order process and create your account, you can log in to your account to monitor your order status, view your results, respond to alerts, and complete your requirements. To access your account, visit castlebranch.com and click Sign In – MYCB. Here you will enter your username and your secure password.
