Did you know that mindfulness practices can support more than your mental health? In this workshop, we’ll explore the intersection of mindfulness and drinking by highlighting components of mindfulness, reviewing harm reduction strategies related to drinking, and reviewing how you can apply these components and strategies to decisions around drinking.
