This module was created by the Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health and the Wisconsin Child Welfare Partnership for Professional Development . It’s purpose is to help home visitors and home visiting supervisors better understand what Reflective Supervision and Reflective Practices are and how they can support your role as a home visitor (or supervisor) as well as the families served within your program. Additionally, you will learn how best to implement Reflective Supervision and Reflective Practices into your program.
