This module was created by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families and the Wisconsin Child Welfare Partnership for Professional Development In this training, you will become familiar with the methodology that we use to guide our CQI work in Family Foundations Home Visiting, the Model for Improvement. The Model for Improvement includes: setting a SMARTIE Aim, creating a plan for measuring improvement, identifying change ideas to test, and running plan, do, study, act (PDSA.) You will also learn how to track your progress using run charts. Throughout this training there are video excerpts from the CQI Webinar that was taught in mid 2022 . This module covers much of the material in that webinar.
