PantherList

PantherList is the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s email reflector and list service. PantherLists can be created by anyone with a valid ePantherID and allow the user to create a list of email addresses that can be emailed all at once by using the PantherList’s address as the recipient. Note: Some users may refer to PantherLists as ‘ListServs’.

• Controlled Posting Permissions – Configure who can send messages to a list, helping prevent unauthorized emails and ensuring communications come from approved senders.
• Multiple List Types for Different Needs – Choose from announcement-only, subscriber-only, open, or class list configurations, allowing UWM groups to tailor communication settings to their specific purpose.
• Moderation and Message Review – Enable moderation to review messages before distribution, including controls for senders, attachments, message size, and spam filtering to maintain list quality and security.
• UWM Authentication and Secure Access – PantherList integrates with UWM credentials and multi-factor authentication, providing secure access for list owners and administrators managing university mailing lists.
