Adobe Creative Cloud is a subscription-based software service licensed by UWM that gives you access to Adobe’s industry-standard applications for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, and AI content creation. It acts as a central hub for downloading, managing, and updating over 20 creative programs, alongside cloud storage and asset-sharing tools.

  • Full Access to Adobe Applications – Staff can use professional tools like Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects for marketing, document creation, multimedia projects, and presentations.
  • Creative Cloud Storage & File Syncing – Includes cloud storage so staff can save, sync, and access files across multiple devices (office, home, or campus labs).
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro for Document Management – Staff benefit from advanced PDF tools—editing, e-signatures, form creation, and secure document sharing, which are useful for administrative work.
  • Collaboration & Sharing Features – Allows staff to share files, review projects, and collaborate across departments, making teamwork and approvals more efficient.
  • Regular Updates & New Features – Software is continuously updated with new tools, security improvements, and AI-powered features (like Adobe Sensei), ensuring up-to-date capabilities.
  • Templates & Professional Assets – Access to built-in templates, Adobe Fonts, and stock assets helps staff quickly create professional-quality materials like flyers, reports, and presentations.

Available To

Faculty and staff. Students are authorized to sign into the Creative Cloud application online with the current Shared Device Licensing contract with Adobe.
