Microsoft Power Apps is a low-code application development platform that enables users to build custom business applications quickly and efficiently, without requiring extensive programming expertise. As part of the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Power Apps integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Excel, allowing organizations to automate processes and streamline workflows. At the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee (UWM), Power Apps is included within the institution’s licensed Microsoft 365 suite, providing faculty, staff, and students with access to create, share, and manage apps securely within the university environment. This integration supports collaboration, data connectivity, and productivity by leveraging UWM’s existing Microsoft infrastructure.
