PowerPoint Online supports real-time collaboration, allowing multiple users to work on the same presentation simultaneously, which is especially useful for group projects and team-based work. Files are automatically saved to OneDrive, ensuring easy access, sharing, and version control within the secure, university-supported Microsoft 365 environment.
