Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow) is an Enterprise Content Management Service (ECMS) platform that manages the content life cycle from capture to disposition. Also provides integration with business application like PeopleSoft and a simple-to-use interface. Perceptive Content is used by many departments at UWM, hosted by UW-Madison.

- Secure Access & Permissions – Ensures sensitive university information is protected through role-based access controls and authentication.
- Search & Retrieval – Provides advanced search functionality to quickly locate documents using keywords, metadata, or indexed content.
- Integration with Campus Systems – Integrates with UWM systems (such as PeopleSoft Campus Community (PAWS)) to streamline document management within existing workflows.
- Audit Trails & Compliance Tracking -Maintains detailed logs of document activity to support auditing, compliance, and records management requirements.
