Microsoft Loop is a flexible collaboration app that is part of the Microsoft 365 suite licensed to students, faculty, and staff at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee (UWM). It enables users to create and share dynamic content—such as notes, lists, tables, and task components—that stay synchronized across multiple Microsoft 365 apps like Teams, Outlook, and OneNote. Loop components can be embedded in chats, emails, or documents, allowing team members to collaborate in real time without needing to switch between applications. As part of UWM’s Microsoft 365 environment, Loop supports modern, fluid teamwork by keeping content up to date and accessible from any device with an internet connection within a secure, university-supported platform.
