Microsoft Lists is a web-based information tracking and organization tool that is part of the Microsoft 365 suite licensed to students, faculty, and staff at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee (UWM). It allows users to create, manage, and share lists of data—such as tasks, issues, assets, or events—using customizable columns, views, and rules. Microsoft Lists includes features like sorting, filtering, alerts, and integration with Power Automate to streamline workflows and improve productivity. It also integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook, enabling collaboration and easy access across platforms. As part of UWM’s Microsoft 365 environment, Lists provides a flexible, secure, and accessible way to organize and track information from any device with an internet connection.
