Technology Integration & Engagement Services (TIES) is dedicated to helping the staff of Student Affairs and Strategic Enrollment Management & Student Success use technology effectively in support of students and campus operations. Whether assisting with department-specific software, managing technology resources, providing training opportunities, or helping resolve technical issues, TIES serves as a trusted partner focused on making technology easier to use and more effective.
Our goal is not only to provide technical support when problems arise, but also to empower staff with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to be successful in their roles. Through collaboration with the UWM Help Desk and campus technology partners, TIES helps connect people with the right solutions, offers learning and training resources, and supports the systems and services that departments rely on every day. By combining technology expertise with a commitment to service, TIES helps create a more connected, efficient, and student-focused campus experience.
