Before submitting a support request, review the outage and service status pages listed below to determine whether the issue is related to a known system disruption. Checking for active outages first can save time, prevent duplicate requests, and provide information on current service impacts and resolution updates.

After Hours Emergency

Submitting an emergency after-hours form gets submitted to TIES staff immediately via a form and also a text message to the TIES staff. The emergency form is available after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends. The form is for departments who have normal operations on nights and weekends to address their support needs outside of regular business hours. Only technologies as defined below will be addressed. Issues that affect a single individual, or issues normally handled by central campus support, will be handled the following business day.

  • Cash Registers (connection issues, credit card terminal issues)
  • GuestPass
  • Security Cameras
  • Swiper – Student ID Event Swiping
