Medicat

Medicat One is a cloud-based software platform specifically designed for colleges, universities, and boarding schools to manage student health, counseling, and wellness. At UWM, Medicat One is used exclusively at the Student Health and Wellness Center.

• Scheduling & Workflow Management – Integrated appointment scheduling and workflow tools that streamline clinic operations and reduce no-shows.
• Clinical Documentation System – Enables providers to document visits using structured templates with diagnoses, notes, and treatment plans.
• Mental Health Integration – Supports counseling services by managing mental health records, appointments, and coordinated care within the same system.
• Immunization Interface (WIR Integration) – Automatically updates student immunization information through an interface with the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR).
