Danelle Kenney, MSW, CAPSW, is a social worker, realtor, alderwoman, community activist, and advocate for families. She has deep experience in crisis work, hospice, hospital social work, custody evaluation, and child welfare. Danelle is passionate about helping students understand people, systems, and their own strengths through an empowerment-driven lens. Her teaching blends practical skills with real-life insight, encouraging students to grow their confidence, strengthen their voice, and step boldly into the profession.

Danelle's current community advocacy includes running for and serving local government offices, Milwaukee Co. Supervisor (past), and Franklin Alderwoman; Franklin Personnel Committee Member; Franklin Board of Review Member; Vice President of the Franklin Noon Lion's Club; Leadership Team for Franklin Leaders of Change; Wisconsin Realtor's Association Public Policy Committee; Advisory Board Member of Chosen Inc; League of Women Voters; and United Music Parent's Volunteer.
