Ebenezer Adegoke Omotosho is a PhD student in Social Welfare with a specialization in Criminal Justice and Criminology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a specialization in Criminology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria, and a Master of Science in Sociology with a specialization in Criminology and Penology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

Ebenezer's research focuses on community-based gun violence prevention programs, urban youth violence prevention, community safety, and criminal social networks. Prior to joining UWM, he served as a Lecturer in Criminology and Security Studies at Chrisland University in Nigeria, and has over 10 years of combined full-time and part-time university-level teaching experience. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Security Management and Operations (ISMO), Nigeria.

At UW-Milwaukee, Ebenezer teaches both in-person and online classes, including Introduction to Corrections and Methods of Social Welfare Research in Criminal Justice.
