Jessica Doyle, MSW, LCSW

Jessica Doyle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2019. She went on to complete her Master of Social Work with a focus on gerontology in 2021 and also earned a Graduate Certificate in Applied Gerontology through UWM.
Jessica has a professional background in mental health, working with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of clinical and community-based settings. She joined the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee as an adjunct instructor in 2025, where she teaches courses focused on aging and older adulthood. Her areas of interest include geriatric mental health, dementia care, caregiver support, and promoting healthy aging.
In her current role as Director of Housing at The Marquardt Senior Living Community in Watertown, WI, Jessica works closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support independent living residents and foster a vibrant, engaged community. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with residents, addressing concerns, coordinating transitions, and helping create opportunities that promote connection, well-being, and successful aging. She is also an active member of the Watertown Rotary Club and is passionate about serving older adults both professionally and within the community.
