What are the payment options?

You can pay by either card (in process) or check.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds will be provided. Companies who cancel registration prior to Friday, September 13, 2024, will have payment credited toward a Spring 2025 or Fall 2025 career fair registration.  “No show” organizations will be billed the full amount.

Where do the career fairs take place?

All UWM career fairs take place in the Student Union in the Wisconsin Center which in on the 2nd floor of the Union. Please plan on arriving by 9 a.m. to allow for adequate set-up time.

Parking and Arrival

Parking will be available in the UWM Student Union located at: 2200 E Kenwood Blvd, Milwaukee, WI 53211

Enter the parking structure using the left lane.

Parking passes must be purchased at the time of registration. Parking passes will be emailed to the registrant with the subject line Flex Pass and the sender will be UWM Park Validations. Your parking pass will have the start and end time for which it is valid. Passes will be emailed one week prior to the career fair and are in the form of a QR code. Passes must be printed to ensure they are functional. Do not enlarge the QR code upon printing.

Parking passes are for the UWM Union underground garage only, located at 2200 E Kenwood Blvd. Parking has been reserved for you, do not be alarmed if the “Parking Full” sign is visible.

Please scan the printed QR code when you enter and exit the parking structure. Reentry with the QR code is not allowed.

There will be a parking attendant next to the payment machine at the bottom of the hill near the garage entrance. This individual can help you scan your QR code on the machine if you have any issues.  When you scan your pass, the gate may take up to 30 seconds to respond.  Do not scan again until you wait that amount time.  If after two scans it doesn’t work, press the help button.  

Additional parking passes can be purchased in advance for $20; however, they must be purchased at least seven days prior to the career fair to guarantee delivery.  

Attendees without a parking pass who plan to park in the garage should use the right lane and take a ticket and pay the hourly rate. These parking spots are not reserved and cannot be guaranteed.
