Interests & Expertise

Lauren has been a physical therapist (PT) for over a decade, spending time working as a clinician, educator, and researcher during this time. Her clinical practice has been predominantly in outpatient orthopaedics, including a year-long PT residency specializing in orthopaedic PT practice.
Lauren is passionate about all things physical therapy, with a particular love of kinesiology (how we move) and the anatomical and mathematical foundations that govern our movement. Her research is focused on chronic musculoskeletal conditions, particularly where we have gaps in our understanding of the pathophysiology and optimal treatment approach.
