Interests and Expertise

Lauren Hogan teaches the orthopedic sequence and clinical radiology in the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. She also assists with Kinesiology and Biomechanics of Normal and Abnormal Movement. She is residency and fellowship-trained in orthopedic physical therapy, she also maintains a clinical practice, treating a wide range of patients in an outpatient private practice setting.

Her specialty areas are orthopedics, sports medicine, and the treatment of headaches. She is licensed in the State of Wisconsin and is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association at both the state and local level. Her areas of interest will include research best practices for teaching orthopedic content, including psychomotor skills, clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis.
