The Panther Card is the official UWM identification card and a vital tool for everyday campus life. It provides students, faculty, and staff with access to a wide range of university services and facilities.

With a Panther Card, users can borrow materials from the Golda Meir Library, access campus buildings like the Klotsche Center, Testing Center, Norris Health Center, and use IT services. It also serves as a pass for UWM Shuttles and B.O.S.S. transportation, grants entry to campus events, theater performances, and certain academic venues. Additionally, the card is used for parking access (with a permit), and for campus purchases through Dining Dollars and Panther Cash.
