UWM Student Union WiFi Outage

All WiFi service (UWM Guest, UWM WiFi and eduroam) in the UWM Student Union is currently experiencing an outage and/or is unreliable. Technicians are working to resolve the issues and updates will be provided when available.

09/10/2026 1:27 PM - The network vendor has identified a possible cause and solution and we are working with them to modify access points to use a new protocol that should solve the issues with Wi-Fi in the Student Union. Updates will continue as we proceed.
