Microsoft Teams calling issues

Users may experience instability or dropped calls when using Microsoft Teams for calling. This issue is particularly affecting calls to the UWM Help Desk and Classroom Support. A ticket has been submitted to Microsoft for investigation. Updates will be provided as available.

More info: Upon answering calls placed through call queues, affected users intermittently saw calls disconnect or have no audio. Subsequent retries may have allowed calls to succeed as expected.
Final status: We’ve identified that a recent change intended to support a new codex in Microsoft Teams that resulted in impact. To mitigate impact, we reverted this change and verified with your organization that the issue was successfully resolved.
