EMS Datacenter – Planned Network Maintenance

Network Operations Team will be performing network maintenance in the campus EMS data center on Saturday, Jan. 6, 2024, between 8 a.m. and noon. This maintenance will result in multiple network outages for all services hosted in the data center.

During this maintenance window, the expectation is most campus services will experience downtime and service interruptions until the network maintenance work is completed.

Some of the larger services include PAWS, Teams Calling, authentication systems, file servers, Milestone camera systems, web systems, etc.

01/06/2024 11:24 AM - The EMS data center network maintenance has been complete, as of 11:24AM. EMS data center network is operational. Infrastructure staff have verified system functionality post maintenance. Any issues post maintenance please use normal Help Desk support channels.
