At 7:49AM services in UITS managed datacenters at UWM were unavailable for approximately 1 minute due to a software failure on a specific network device. The backup for this device took over primary service, but the mode of failure required roughly 1 minute for recovery.
Impact to Users
Network access to all services in UITS managed datacenters would have been unavailable for the duration of this short service outage.
