Authentication Issues (UWM ePanther Accounts)

UWM authentication systems experienced an unexpected issue that impacted many user accounts.

Affected people will see error messages reporting an incorrect password and be logged out of apps. Attempts to reset their password will not be successful at this time.

IT staff are working to address the issue.

05/24/2024 3:45 PM - Earlier today, UWM authentication systems experienced an unexpected issue that impacted many UWM user accounts.Affected users were unable to access their UWM accounts across all UWM systems. This issue has been resolved and users should be able to log in and access all UWM systems, as expected. If any user continues to have issues with logging into their UWM account, including any issues with obtaining MFA authorization, please contact the UWM Help Desk via this link to enter an online support ticket. https://uwm.edu/technology/help/ The UWM Help Desk phones will reopen on Tuesday May 28, 2024 at 9am CST.
