Outage Description

Some UWM users are having problems using their AT&T phones to access UWM services, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via text messages or phone calls. AT&T’s mobile network is experiencing a nationwide outage. 

UWM users affected by the AT&T network outage are encouraged to connect to Wi-Fi and use Wi-Fi calling features until AT&T service is restored.

02/22/2024 12:00 PM - AT&T Update: “Some of our customers are experiencing wireless service interruptions this morning. Our network teams took immediate action and so far three-quarters of our network has been restored. We are working as quickly as possible to restore service to remaining customers.”

02/22/2024 2:15 PM - AT&T Update: We have restored wireless service to all our affected customers. We sincerely apologize to them. Keeping our customers connected remains our top priority, and we are taking steps to ensure our customers do not experience this again in the future.
