Network Maintenance – UITS Datacenter Networks

In order to maintain the security and stability of the UWM network, a maintenance window has been defined to complete software upgrades on hardware supporting for UITS Managed Datacenter Networks on June 15, 2024 from 10PM to Midnight. This work period has been defined for 2 hours but it is not expected to take the entire time.

The network infrastructure in question operates in clusters and will be upgraded one member at a time to avoid service outages. This work covers access to and from all services hosted in UITS-managed Datacenters. There is not expected to be any outage related to this work, though certain types of network sessions sensitive to specific circumstances may reset. These communications should recover automatically without human intervention.
