External Teams Calls (Inbound/Outbound)

There is currently an issue with making calls and receiving calls outside of UWM. This will not affect internal UWM Teams-Teams calls. Issue is related to a certificate on the SBC. Enterprise Services is working with the vendor to resolve the issue ASAP. More updates to come once available.

Anyone trying to call a UWM Teams number from an external number OR using a UWM Teams number to make an outbound call. This will not affect internal UWM Teams-Teams calls.
