Outage Description
PAWS maintenance was completed on 6/28/2026. This update required a full reboot of the PAWS system. Users may experience slowness in the application as the system rebuilds after the update. This is expected to last through the remainder of today, 6/30/2026.
Impact to Users
All PAWS users may experience login issues and slowness during this time. To address this, please clear cache and cookies from 6/21/2026, forward through today and log back into PAWS after closing and reopening your browser.
