UW System is reporting network issues impacted various services, including SIS, PSaaS Instances, MyUW, WiscVPN, NetID Utility, FInesse, and the KB. Network Services is investigating this issue.

Network issues impacted various services, including SIS, PSaaS Instances, MyUW, WiscVPN, NetID Utility, FInesse, ECMS (Imaging) and the KB. Network Services is investigating this issue.

04/29/2026 8:30 AM - UW System
Network Services has resolved the root cause. System and application administrators are working to fully restore all of the impacted services.

04/29/2026 10:00 AM - UW System is reporting, “ECMS and Workload Automation are up, but some scheduled ECMS document processing has been delayed due to the Workload Automation and SIS interruptions.”

04/29/2026 10:00 AM - UWM update – while they have closed their update as of 9:30am, UW System continues to update their outage notification. See here for UW System updates. UWM will be closing this Outage.
