Garland Hall – Network Upgrade
UWM IT will be upgrading the Network Switches in Garland Hall on the following date:
Wednesday, July 30th from 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
There are two telecom rooms within Garland, one on the 3rd floor (which serves floors 2, 3 and 4) and one in the basement (which serves the basement and 1st floor). We will upgrade one telecom room at a time, which will cause an outage for the floors mentioned.
During this upgrade, there will not be any network connectivity. This will affect all networked end-devices including desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, cameras, etc…
Upon completion of this work, you may need to reboot your end device (desktop, printer or other) to restore network connectivity.
