Many of your answers can be found in the “Finances” section of our website! If you’re not sure where to look, you can ask Pounce the Chatbot below. If you have questions specific to your account, check your PAWS Student Center first. There you can see anything you may still need to submit and any aid offered to you. You can review our PAWS Tutorial if you need help accessing your account.
The best way to submit documents is via mail or fax. Many students will also email documents, but if you choose this option, please mask any social security numbers for additional security.

Meet with a Financial Aid Advisor
Advisors are available to assist with more complex questions and can be helpful if you’re looking to spend a little extra time talking through everything. Click here to schedule an appointment!
If you’d like to meet with an advisor in person at one of our branch campuses choose the appropriate link below:
- In person at Washington County Campus: (Link coming soon!)
- In person at the Waukesha County Campus: (Link coming soon!)
You can meet with an advisor:
By Video Chat: Appointments are available via custom Microsoft Teams meeting links. This is helpful for sharing screens and seeing your advisor face to face. You can join this meeting through your web browser, so you do not need any additional software for this option. Review your confirmation e-mail for steps to joining a video appointment.
By Phone: This is a great virtual meeting option if you don’t have a webcam, or don’t need to share screens. An advisor will call you at the number you indicate, so be sure to provide the best number to reach you. Be prepared to answer a call from an unknown 414 number.
In Person: In the interest of the health and safety of our students and staff, we are not currently hosting in person advising appointments
