The Financial Aid Office has joined the Registrar and Bursar Offices on the web to bring you one place to find answers to many of your enrollment and finance questions!
If you’ve got questions about financial aid, try looking through the various pages in the “Finances” section of our website! If you’re not sure where to look, try our virtual Q&A tool, Ask Pounce below! After all of that, if you’ve still got questions, use the “Send an E-mail to Financial Aid” link below!

Schedule an Appointment
When we’re not offering walk-in advising, an appointment is required to meet with a financial aid advisor in person or over the phone. If you’re unsure whether or not you need an appointment, please call our office and we can assist you in making that determination based on your campus location.
If you believe you would best be served by meeting with an advisor in person or over the phone, please see where to schedule an appointment based on campus location below.
- For appointments at the Main Milwaukee campus: Schedule yourself an appointment. Walk-ins are offered on Wednesdays at the Main Campus Financial Aid Office-please see details below.
- For Appointments at the Washington County campus: Financial Aid staff are generally available on Tuesdays on a walk-in basis (first come, first serve). Please check-in at the Solution Center Desk for a Walk-In Appointment.
