Biographical Sketch
Jessica Gartner is a Lecturer teaching a variety of actuarial courses at UWM. Fall 2022 was her first semester teaching full time after making the switch from a professional Actuary in the healthcare industry.
Jessica graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Actuarial Science and Finance. During her time at Drake, she had 3 internships in the life insurance and health insurance industries. After graduating she worked in various cities (Louisville, Cincinnati, and Milwaukee). Jessica became a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in 2018.
