Quads, Finite Geometry, and Sidon Sets

Quads is a SET-like card game, produced by the AWM under the name “EvenQuads”. The cards can be represented as points in $\mathbb{Z}_2^6$​, where a quad in the game corresponds to an affine plane in the finite geometry$ AG(6,2)$. Our primary focus is on quad-free collections of cards, which correspond to Sidon sets. We explore an Quads analog of the “Cap Set” problem for SET, presenting results and ongoing research.
