Harrison earned a bachelors in Mathematics with a minor in French from the University of Minnesota in 2019. He earned his masters in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2025.

Harrison is primarily interested in combinatorics, with a secondary interest in analytical topics. He has worked on several papers concerning graph- and hypergraph-theoretical topics.
